Nicht verbrennen lassen.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Den Koriander mitsamt St\u00e4ngel fein hacken und zusammen mit der Gew\u00fcrzmischung in die Pfanne geben. Ein paar Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen, damit sich die Gew\u00fcrze entfalten k\u00f6nnen.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Die Paprika (Zucchini) in feine Streifen schneiden und mit den Tomaten aus der Dose in die Pfanne geben. Ganze Tomaten k\u00f6nnen mit einem L\u00f6ffel zerkleinert werden.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aufkochen lassen und mit einem L\u00f6ffel kleine Vertiefungen f\u00fcr die Eier in die So\u00dfe dr\u00fccken. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jeweils ein Ei in jede Vertiefung geben und etwa eine Minute offen k\u00f6cheln lassen.
