Start the morning with a creamy smoothie bowl topped with fresh fruit, seeds and crunchy extras. Colourful, energising and packed with flavour in every spoonful.

INGREDIENTS

SMOOTHIE

  • 200 g / 7 oz frozen raspberries

  • 150 g / 5.3 oz frozen pineapple chunks

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 250 ml / 1 cup coconut milk (or almond milk)

  • 120 g / ½ cup Greek yoghurt or coconut yoghurt

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)

  • 4 to 6 ice cubes (optional, for a thicker bowl)

TOPPINGS (optional)

  • fresh raspberries

  • fresh pineapple chunks

  • blueberries

  • granola

  • toasted coconut flakes

  • chia seeds

  • pumpkin seeds

  • hemp seeds

  • fresh mint leaves

METHOD

  1. Add the frozen raspberries, frozen pineapple, banana, coconut milk, yoghurt, chia seeds, vanilla extract and maple syrup (if using) to a high-speed blender.

  2. Blend until smooth, thick and creamy. If the mixture is too thick to blend, add a splash more milk. For a thicker smoothie bowl, add a few ice cubes or extra frozen fruit and blend again.

  3. Taste and adjust the sweetness to your preference. Add a little more maple syrup if you prefer a sweeter smoothie or a squeeze of lime juice for extra freshness.

  4. Pour the smoothie into a chilled serving bowl and smooth the top with the back of a spoon.

  5. Arrange the fresh raspberries, pineapple, granola, toasted coconut flakes, seeds and mint over the smoothie to create a colourful finish. Feel free to customise the toppings with your favourite fruits and crunchy extras.

METHOD

  1. Add the frozen raspberries, frozen pineapple, banana, coconut milk, yoghurt, chia seeds, vanilla extract and maple syrup (if using) to a high-speed blender.

  2. Blend until smooth, thick and creamy. If the mixture is too thick to blend, add a splash more milk. For a thicker smoothie bowl, add a few ice cubes or extra frozen fruit and blend again.

  3. Taste and adjust the sweetness to your preference. Add a little more maple syrup if you prefer a sweeter smoothie or a squeeze of lime juice for extra freshness.

  4. Pour the smoothie into a chilled serving bowl and smooth the top with the back of a spoon.

  5. Arrange the fresh raspberries, pineapple, granola, toasted coconut flakes, seeds and mint over the smoothie to create a colourful finish. Feel free to customise the toppings with your favourite fruits and crunchy extras.

  6. Serve immediately while cold for the best flavour and texture.

Start the morning with a creamy smoothie bowl topped with fresh fruit, seeds and crunchy extras. Colourful, energising and packed with flavour in every spoonful.

INGREDIENTS

SMOOTHIE

  • 200 g / 7 oz frozen raspberries

  • 150 g / 5.3 oz frozen pineapple chunks

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 250 ml / 1 cup coconut milk (or almond milk)

  • 120 g / ½ cup Greek yoghurt or coconut yoghurt

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)

  • 4 to 6 ice cubes (optional, for a thicker bowl)

TOPPINGS (optional)

  • fresh raspberries

  • fresh pineapple chunks

  • blueberries

  • granola

  • toasted coconut flakes

  • chia seeds

  • pumpkin seeds

  • hemp seeds

  • fresh mint leaves
