A quick and healthy baked salmon dish with fresh herbs and lemon.

Ingredients
  • 4 salmon fillets (150g each)
  • 2 tbsp (30ml) olive oil
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp (5g) dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
Method
  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Place salmon fillets on the sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Sprinkle garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  5. Top each fillet with lemon slices.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with roasted vegetables or rice.
