Returns & exchanges

Our Voluntary Returns Policy

As well as your statutory cancellation rights, if you are not 100% happy with a product from Nutrifresh, you can return it/them for a refund within 30 days of receipt of the products if the products are in an unused and undamaged condition. To return an item, please contact our Customer Service team at nutrifresh@tccglobal.com

Please note that this returns policy doesn’t affect your statutory rights and therefore doesn’t affect your right of cancellation as described above.

Please note that you must return each item in the same condition in which you received it. This means that new items must be returned unused and undamaged. Used items must not have any additional signs of use or damage. Please be aware that we will only process your refund once the item has been returned and checked by one of our specialists; this can take up to 14 days.

Making an exchange:

To exchange an item, please contact our Customer Service team at nutrifresh@tccglobal.com with details of the replacement product.

Returning your product because it has a fault:

For faulty items, please contact our Customer Services team at nutrifresh@tccglobal.com. If your electrical product develops a fault within 14 days of purchase, we will either exchange or offer a full refund.

After 14 days, we’ll repair electrical products, as long as it’s within the terms and conditions of our warranty. Proof of purchase will need to be provided for all product returns. If you are shipping an item over €50, you should consider using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned items.

Orders are dispatched within 1 working day and usually delivered within 5 working days. Some couriers may deliver slightly earlier or later.

Couriers we use for standard deliveries include DPD and Amazon.
