Ingredients
  • 2 cups (400g) pumpkin, diced
  • 2 medium carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 cups (750ml) vegetable broth
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) heavy cream
  • 1 tsp (5g) ground cumin
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Method
  1. Add pumpkin, carrots, onion, garlic, and vegetable broth to the Nutrifresh Soup Maker.
  2. Select the smooth soup setting and cook for 20 minutes.
  3. Once the cycle is complete, add the cream and blend further if needed.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, and cumin.
